Shaz.pk Exchange Policy

At Shaz.pk, we value customer satisfaction. If you wish to exchange items purchased from our online store, you can either visit our outlet or contact our customer service team to arrange a courier return. Please note that exchanges are subject to the following conditions:

  1. Exchange Request: You must submit an exchange request (via email, phone, SMS, or WhatsApp) within 7 working days of receiving your item.
  2. Reason for Exchange: Clearly mention the reason for requesting an exchange when submitting your request.
  3. Original Condition: The item must be returned in its original packaging with the price tag attached, and it should not have any stains, odors, or signs of use or washing.
  4. Invoice Required: The original invoice must be included with the item to be exchanged.
  5. Non-Exchangeable Items: Items purchased on sale are non-exchangeable. If an item purchased at regular price goes on sale, it will only be exchanged at the sale price.

Please note that Shaz.pk reserves the right to accept or deny any exchange request at its sole discretion. Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive a confirmation from our customer service team.

Important: This exchange policy is only applicable within Pakistan.
